Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead Examination Controller, Dr. Bheem Rao Ambedkar University, Agra, as co-respondent no. 4.
The petitioner claims that she has been illegally denied admission to the M.Sc. ( Zoology), being run by the respondent University for the academic session 2019-20. The petitioner has made a representation in this regard. The representation of the petitioner has not been decided till date.
The only prayer made by Sri Anjani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the representation of the petitioner be decided in accordance with law.
Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent University does not have any objection to the aforesaid prayer.
Since the matter relates to the admission in the academic session 2019-20, it is imperative that the matter be remitted to the newly impleaded respondent no. 4, Examination Controller, Dr. Bheem Rao Ambedkar University, Agra.
A writ of mandamus is issued commanding the respondent no. 4, Examination Controller, Dr. Bheem Rao Ambedkar University, Agra, to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation.
The writ petition is disposed of finally.
