Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was appointed as Siksha Mitra by Village Education Committee to serve in Primary School, Gadariyanpurwa, Block Chinhat, District Lucknow. After taking permission the petitioner joined and completed B.Ed. course. Petitioner re-joined and has been continuously working since 24.7.2010, however, honorarium is not being paid.

Sri Manish Mishra, Advocate, has put in appearance for respondent nos.2 and 3 and prays for time to file counter affidavit.

Let respondent nos.4 and 5 be issued notice, returnable in four weeks.

In the meantime, counter affidavit be filed.
