Heard Sri Vinod Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Arvind Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 and Amrit Raj Chaurasia, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
Learned counsel for the respondent no.3 has pointed out that the prayer made in the present writ petition appears to be defective one as it appears that the particulars of some FIR has been mentioned.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh.
Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the FIR to the counsel for the petitioner after accepting xerox copy of the same.
