Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A for the State respondent.
The petitioner herein seeks for quashing of the First Information Report dated 21.12.2020 registered as Case Crime No.0114 of 2020 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 275, 120-B I.P.C and Section 8/22 of N.D.P.S Act, 1985 P.S-Kamla Nagar District-Agra.
The present petition seems to be a proxy writ petition filed on behalf of the accused named in the First Information Report, who happens to be the husband of the petitioner.
It further appears that the licence is in the name of the petitioner and hence her participation in the investigation is necessary.
There is no reason to entertain the writ petition for the prayer made therein.
The writ petition is found devoid of merit and hence dismissed.
