With the consent of the parties this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 (Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Saidpur, District Ghazipur) to decide the petitioner's case being Case No. 282 filed under Section 34 of the Land Revenue Act which is pending since 13.07.2011 (Pushpa vs. Bhagwanti) expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
