Heard learned counsel for the revisionists and Sri Sanjay Singh, learned A.G.A.-I on behalf of State.
The present revision has been filed for setting aside the order dated 26.02.2019 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track, Court No. 2, Azamgarh in Sessions Trial No. 47 of 2019 (State Vs. Anjan Kumar and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 119 of 2016, under section 498A, 304B IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Azamgarh.
Learned counsel for the revisionists submitted that the impugned order passed by learned court below is against the material evidence available on record.
Learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer for quashing the impugned order and stated that the there appears to be no illegality in the impugned order and the revision may be dismissed.
I have gone through the revision along with the affidavit filed in support of this revision as well as the impugned order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge and find that the same does not suffer from any illegality, infirmity or jurisdictional error requiring any interference by this court. The prayer for setting aside of the same is refused. I find no merit in the present revision as such, I dismiss the present revision against the impugned order.
Present revision lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
