Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Petitioner has submitted a representation for the cancellation of the licence of respondent Nos. 4 and 5 who are practicing lawyers. By means of this writ petition, petitioner wants that his aforesaid representation be directed to be decided.
There is no question of issuing any direction for the decision of such a representation inasmuch as if any lawyer is misconducting himself, the remedy of the petitioner is to approach the Bar Council concerned for appropriate action.
The writ petition, for the purpose, is an abuse of the process of law and is, accordingly, dismissed.
