This petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:-
"A. ISSUE, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent No. 1, to issue the appointment letter in favour of the petitioner, pursuant to select list dated 27.04.2018 published by respondent no. 2, recommending the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Registrar in the State Universities of U.P., in terms of advertisement No. 5/2016-17, dated 17.03.2017;
B. ISSUE, a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondent no. 1, to fill up at-least 3 posts of Registrar from the select list dated 27.04.2018 issued/published by respondent no. 2, otherwise the petitioner shall suffer an irreparable loss.

By a separate order, passed today, this Court has dismissed Writ A No. 12443 of 2018 (Sujeet Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and Another). In such circumstances, the restraint order seizes to exist. It shall be the concern of the State to proceed with the result declared by the Commission for appointment to the post in question, in accordance with law.
