O R D E R Sri Maruthi G.B., learned counsel for petitioners.
Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondent.
2. In these petitions under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners inter alia have prayed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 20.03.2019 submitted by the petitioners.
3. In view of the prayer as sought for by the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petitions with a direction to the Competent Authority to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 20.03.2019 by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of.
