JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Learned counsel Shri Chudgar appearing for respondent filed affidavit dated 11.4.2012.
In view of the contents of the affidavit, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this contempt petition. We also take note of unconditional apology conveyed to us by the counsel on behalf of the officers of the bank.
Counsel for the opponent submitted that applicant may either apply for benefits which the opponent is prepared to give or challenge the decision taken on her representation in accordance with law. Keeping such liberty open, this contempt petition is disposed of. Notice is discharged.
