(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that despite directions from this Court and order dated 12.7.2011 in Special Civil Application No. 3952 of 2011, respondent has not decided the representation of the applicant within the time permitted. He stated that the applicant is clamoring for the amount of arrears of pension of her husband and family pension after death of her husband.
