Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant habeas corpus petition so that he can avail remedy u/s 98 of Code of Criminal Procedure inasmuch as the corpus Km. Anjana is legally wedded wife, who is under illegal detention of her father - respondent no. 4 and he is going to get her marriage against her wishes.
In the light of the aforesaid, the instant habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner may approach before the appropriate forum u/s 98 of Code of Criminal Procedure.
