By order dated 14.9.2017 in Writ-C No.43012 of 2017 filed by the applicant, a direction was issued to opposite party to decide demarcation proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
On matter being taken up today, learned standing counsel points out that in compliance of the order of the Writ Court, the proceedings have been decided on 26.3.2018. A copy of the order passed by the opposite party in the said proceedings has been placed before this Court for perusal.
Having regard to the above facts, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the instant matter.
The contempt application stands disposed of accordingly.
