This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking to have O.P.No.545 of 2014 pending before the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam.
2. Suffice to say that, the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent ran into rough weather and proceedings were initiated by both parties. The respondent filed H.M.A.O.P.No.545 of 2014 for a decree for restitution of conjugal rights before the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor.
3. The petitioner points out that she is the resident of Ernakulam and she finds it difficult to come over to Kottayam to attend the case on posting dates and she has nobody to accompany her. She therefore seeks transfer.
4. Notice was served on the respondent.

In the result, this petition is allowed. O.P.No.545 of 2014 pending before the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor shall stand transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam. The parties shall appear before the Family Court, Ernakulam on 30.1.2015.
