This habeas corpus writ petition has been filed on behalf of corpus Anjali through her next friend Samir Yadav.
It has been mentioned in the writ petition that date of birth of the corpus is 3.5.1998 as per High School marksheet, copy of which has been annexed at page 15. Reliance has been placed on Annnexure-4 which is an application given by the corpus herself to respondent nos.2 and 3, contents of which are self-explicit.
Learned AGA has accepted notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 6.
Issue notice to respondent no.7. The notice to be served on respondent no.7 will clearly reflect that the case will be heard and disposed of finally on the next date of listing.
All the respondents are granted three weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within ten days thereafter.
List on 21.1.2019, on which date the State respondent will ensure the presence of corpus Anjali before this Court.
