JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Saurabh Lavania,J.
The case is taken up through Video Conferencing.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhay Kumar, learned counsel appearing for opposite party Nos.1 and 2.
The writ petition has been filed seeking following main relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Opposite Party No.1 and 2 to not permit to withdraw/ release the money in favour of opposite party No.3 and 4 on the basis of endorsement as nominee of Union Bank of India, Branch Awas Vikas/2 Bataliyan P.A.C. and branch eye hospital, District Sitapur bearing Account Number 588702010000997 and 384102010010365 respectively."
Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Jitendra Kumar Pandey, after arguing the matter, at some length, makes a statement at the bar that he does not want to press the writ petition and he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate Court/Forum.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
