JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Saurabh Lavania,J.
The case is taken up through Video Conferencing.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amit Jaiswal, learned counsel for the opposite party No.1.
Present writ petition has been filed seeking following main relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Opposite party No.1 to not permit to withdraw/ release the money in favour of opposite party No.2 on the basis of endorsement as nominee of saving account number 917010073727024 of Axis Bank Branch Vikas Nagar, Lucknow, District Lucknow."
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Jitendra Kumar Pandey makes a statement at the bar that he dose not want to press the writ petition and he may be directed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate court/forum.
Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
