Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The applicant is before this Court against the wilful disobedience of the order dated 25.03.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.9925 of 2019 (Smt. Anjali Gupta v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, order dated 25.7.2019 passed by the Vice Chairman, Allahabad Development Authority, Prayagraj has been produced by learned counsel for the opposite party and on the basis of which it is submitted that the writ Court order in question has been complied with.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged. The order dated 25.7.2019 is taken on record and a copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the applicant.
