Heard Mr. Mohan Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
By means of the present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the court below, namely, the Fast Track (C.D.) First, Deoria to expedite the hearing of the Domestic Violence Execution Case No. 7 of 2018 (Anjali Barnwal vs. Sunil Barnwal) under Section 28 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the Court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned case with all expedition, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the application is finally disposed of.
