JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the University that process of affiliation is under consideration. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to re-submit the loan application and the same shall be processed and considered, subject to the decision of the University regarding affiliation.
Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
