JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ramachandran Nair , J.,
Compromise petition recorded.
Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the compromise petition is signed by the Power of Attorney holder and original Power of Attorney was produced before the Registry. The Registry has put up a note that the Power of Attorney is not recorded in the cause title of the appeal. The cause title of the appeal shall stand amended to record that the 2nd appellant is appearing through the first appellant - Power of Attorney holder.
2. The appeal is disposed of as settled. The terms of compromise entered into between the parties are available in I.A 1184/2014 which will form part of the decree and the judgment. Half of the court fee paid shall be refunded to the appellant. The parties will bear their costs.
In the light of the disposal of the appeal, attachment of the property will stand lifted and the same will be communicated to the concerned Sub Registry.
