The wife has filed O.P.No. 1318/2012 on the file of the Family Court of Irinjalakuda for return of ornaments. The wife has also filed M.C.No. 228/2013 on the file of the same Court for maintenance. The husband has filed O.P. No. 1610/2013 on the file of the Family Court, Ernakulam for divorce. All the three cases have to be tried by one and the same Family Court since the issues are intertwined.
2. It is a virtual impossibility for the wife to travel all the way from Irinjalakuda to Ernakulam for the conduct of the case. It may only be a slight inconvenience for the husband to travel from Ernakulam to Irinjalakuda for this purpose.
3. I therefore order transfer of O.P. No. 1610/2013 from the Family Court, Ernakulam to the Family Court, Irinjalakuda. The Transferee Court shall issue notice to the parties and take the proceedings to a logical end soon.
The Transfer Petition is allowed.
