Gunjal, Advocate for R-2 – Absent) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to quash the proceedings registered in S.C.No.158/2013, pending on the file of Prl. District and Sessions Judge, Mysuru, Based on Crime No.4/2009 registered with Lakshmipuram Police Station, Mysuru U/S. 306 R/W 34 of IPC against the petitioner.
This Criminal Petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER A charge sheet is filed against the petitioner and two others for the offence under Section 306 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.
2. Having regard to the nature of the allegations made in the complaint and prima facie material collected in support thereof, this is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Moreover, the trial has already commenced. Having regard to the above facts, the trial Court is directed to expedite the matter and conclude the trial within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
