The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the second respondent to take appropriate decision on the application of the petitioner submitted on 8.5.2018 for issuance of passport.
In our opinion sufficient time has not yet elapsed, the petitioner must wait at least two months more before he approaches court with such a prayer as has been made in this petition.
