This petition is filed to quash P.R.C.No.10 of 2012 on the file of VII Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal, registered for the offences under Sections 498- A, 354 I.P.C. and Sections 3,4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
When the matter is listed on 4-6-2014, there was no representation and therefore, it is directed to be listed to today under the caption “For Dismissal”
Today, in the morning, a request is made to pass over and the matter is passed over and even at 3.15 P.M., there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It indicates that petitioners are not interested to prosecute the case.
Therefore, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel to the disposal of this Criminal petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
