In the facts of the case, there appears to be a private dispute between petitioner and respondent nos. 4 & 5 in respect of house in question.
Dispute of the above kind can always be got resolved by instituting appropriate proceedings before the Civil Court. Neither any intervention in writ petition would be warranted at the first instance, nor any direction can be issued to the administrative authority to determine the private rights of the parties.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, this writ petition is dismissed.
