The matter relates to selection initiated by respondent No.2, which is in dispute and banking institute as personnel of selection IBPS house is situated in Mumbai.
At the very outset, Shri Srivastava very fairly submits that this court does not have the territorial jurisdiction in the matter and he may be permitted to approach the appropriate Court having territorial jurisdiction.
The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to approach the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the matter.
