Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegations, at this stage, I deem it just and proper to consider the case in detail. However, in the meanwhile, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner. If further investigation is necessary and report is to be filed, no final report shall be submitted to any Court without permission of this Court.
