Learned counsel for the petitioner asserts that the petitioner attained the age of superannuation on 30.6.2011, but till date retiral dues have not been paid. No-dues certificate has been issued and the school has removed the objections and has sent the file to the District Inspector of Schools.
Issue notice, returnable on 06.8.2012.
Sri Shukla, Standing Counsel, has put in appearance for opposite party no.3.
Let respondent no.4 be served by way of ordinary process and registered A.D. post.
Let reply be filed as to the reason for not releasing the retiral dues to the petitioner and also why cost be not imposed for delay in release of the retiral dues and, in addition, why interest be not paid to the petitioner on the delayed payment, which would be liable to be deducted from the salary of the officer/official, who has caused delay in releasing the retiral dues..
