ORDER:
This appeal arises out of Judgment and decree dated 29-9-2011 in O.S.No.137/2003 on the file of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Anakapalle.
Sri K. Sarvabhouma Rao, learned counsel for the appellants, has filed letter dated 31-7-2014 before the Registry stating that his client has instructed him to withdraw the appeal as the dispute is settled out of Court.
In view of this letter, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the appeal, interim order dated 19-12-2012 is vacated and ASMP No.1273 of 2012 is disposed of as infructuous.
