ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time. No grounds made out to adjourn the case. Prayer rejected 2. Perused the petition.
3. Petitioner has sought to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.24693/2012 arising out of Cr.No.86/2012.
4. It is submitted that the trial has reached the fag end and all the material witnesses including the Investigation Officer is examined before the Court.
In the above said circumstances, it is not proper to exercise the jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., at this stage. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
