The petitioners complain of nonconsideration of Exhibit P1 series applications submitted by them for registration under Section 26(A) of the Kerala Head Load Workers Act, 1978 by the first respondent. The Government Pleader submits that the applications would be duly considered. This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the first respondent to consider Exhibit P1 series applications submitted by the petitioners, in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one month of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
