JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is pointed out by the Review Petitioner that instead of directing 4th respondent, this Court directed the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry in the matter. In fact, this Court directed the 4th respondent to conduct enquiry in the matter and not to the 3rd respondent. Therefore, the review petition is allowed to the extent directing the 4th respondent to consider the matter instead of 3rd respondent. It is made clear that the 4th respondent is the authority to act upon any complaint against the harassment of any juvenile.
