JUDGMENT / ORDER

By order dated 22.03.2011, Registry was directed to issue notice to the petitioner in view of the fact that learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has expired.
Today when the matter is placed on board, the endorsement indicates that notice to the petitioner was served. However, no appearance is entered nor anybody is present.
In order to give chance to the petitioner and in the interest of justice, place the matter on 20.01.2012.
