JUDGMENT / ORDER

The matter has been peremptorily fixed today for hearing both the sides. Interim relief is operating in favour of the petitioner since long.
Today, learned advocate Mr. Datani urges that learned Senior Advocate Mr. B.B.Naik appearing for learned advocate Mr. S.P.Majmudar is on his legs before another Court and Mr. Majmudar is not available.
At his request, matter is fixed on 26.4.2012. No adjournment shall be asked for on that day. On account of non-availability of any of the advocates, alternative arrangements shall be made.
