JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard learned Senior Advocate Shri P.M.Thakkar for M/s Thakkar Associates for the Applicant and learned APP Mr. H.L.Jani for the Respondent No.1-State of Gujarat.
2. In view of the contentions raised and having regard to the rival submissions, the matter requires consideration.
3. Hence RULE returnable on 8th October, 2012. Learned APP Mr. H.L.Jani waives service of Rule for Respondent No.1-State of Gujarat.
4. Ad-interim relief in terms of paragraph 10(B) is granted till then.
