This writ petition is filed with the grievance that proceedings of mutation are kept pending since 2017 and are not being concluded.
Perusal of the record would go to show that the application itself was dismissed in default and the restoration thereafter has been filed alongwith the delay condonation application, which is pending.
From the record, it appears that petitioner herself has not been pursuing her remedy diligently. No grievance, therefore, can be raised that proceedings are not being concluded expeditiously. No direction, therefore, is required to expedite the proceeding. However, it is observed that concerned authority shall proceed to decide the restoration application expeditiously and conclude the proceeding in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
Subject to the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is consigned to records.
