JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner's vehicle has been seized by the first respondent. Petitioner submits that the seized article transported in the vehicle is weathered rock sand (ordinary earth). However, the respondent proceeded against the petitioner as if the transported article is river sand.
2. Hence, I am of the view that the petitioner shall approach the 3rd respondent within one week from today for sending the sample for analysis to the 4th respondent. On receipt of such application, the 3rd respondent shall forward the sample for analysis to the 4th respondent without further delay. On receipt of such sample, the 4th W.P.C. No. 26569 of 2014 ..2..
respondent shall forward his report within two weeks from that date. Thereafter, based on such report, the 3rd respondent shall finalise the proceedings within ten days.
This Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
