1. Heard learned advocate Mr.Vakharia for the petitioner. He has submitted that present petition is identical to the petition being Special Civil Application No.2304 of 2012 and the issue involved in the petition is also similar to the said petition being Special Civil Application No.2304 of 2012. He also submitted that in the said proceedings, the Court has, after hearing the petitioner, directed the office to issue notice to the respondents with further direction to make the notice returnable on 09/05/2012 and that therefore, in present petition also similar order may be passed.
2. Having regard the said submissions, the office is directed to issue notice to the respondents. The notice be made returnable on 09/05/2012.
