Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the contesting respondents.
By way of the instant petition, the petitioners have prayed for issuance of writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the District Magistrate, Ghazipur, to decide the petitioners application dated 31.8.2020 (Annexure No.4 to this writ petition).
It is directed that the petitioners may move fresh copy of application/representation before respondent no.2 within four weeks from today and in case any such representation is so made, the same shall be considered and disposed of by reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks next from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant petition is disposed of. Cost easy.
