Leave to amend.
Learned counsels for the petitioner and respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have submitted that though the submissions were made at length in respect of applicability of Section 11(2) of The Employees' Provident Funds & Misc. Provisions Act, 1952, the Court may confine its reasoning while deciding the matter qua issuance of notice under Section 8F of the Act. Matter is adjourned to 22.09.2009 for dictation of order.
