This writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of non- bailable warrant dated 30.01.2019 as well as process under section 82/83 Cr.P.C. registered as Case Crime No./ F.I.R. No. 0009 of 2019, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 504 I.P.C., P.S.- Lar, District- Deoria.
Heard petitioners' counsel and learned AGA. Entire record has been perused.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has not been able to point out any illegality or abuse of court's process which may justify the quashing of issuance of non-bailable warrants which are said to have been issued by the court concerned. In fact, the only submission made by the counsel is that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case and have good reputation. All these issues are disputed questions of fact and are subject to investigation which is going on. The police authorities are taking necessary steps in order to bring the petitioners to justice as they are the accused persons wanted in the case, at hand, there is nothing wrong about it. The process adopted and issued cannot be flawed on any legal ground.
The petition being wholly meritless stands dismissed.
