JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer in this petition is to transfer MC.No.210/2010 on the file of the Family Court, Thiruvalla to Family Court, Kottarakkara under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. When a report has been called for from the Family Court, Thiruvalla regarding the present stage of M.C.No.210/2010, it was reported that the matter has already been disposed of on 27.2.2013. So the prayer in this petition has become infructuous and the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
