It appears that either cause of action does not survive or the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the writ petition or there is no merit. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. Stay order, if any, is vacated.
Liberty is granted to the petitioner to move a recall application within 30 days, if he feels that the writ petition still survives.
With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
