JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 1
Case :- CRIMINAL REVISION No. - 3194 of 2017 Revisionist :- Anil Puri Opposite Party :- C.B.I. Thru' Superintendent Anti-Corruption Counsel for Revisionist :- Pratik Chandra,Aditya Agarwal,Shweta Tiwari Counsel for Opposite Party :- Amit Misra,G.A,Gyan Prakash
Hon'ble Ramesh Sinha,J. Hon'ble Dinesh Kumar Singh-I,J.
Heard Sri Pratik Chandra, learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present criminal revision has been preferred against the judgement and order dated 31.05.2017 passed by learned Special Judge, Anti Corruption, C.B.I. Court-1, Ghaziabad in Special Case No. 03/2015.
Learned counsel for the revisionist has pointed out that the revisionist has already been granted bail in two cases including the present case, recently. He further submits that no charges can be framed against him and on the basis of material collected during investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against him.
We have gone through the revision along with the affidavit filed in support of this revision as well as the impugned order and the material brought on record. We are of the opinion that the impugned order does not suffer from any illegality, infirmity or jurisdictional error and is based upon relevant considerations and supported by cogent reasons, hence requires no interference by this Court.
The revision lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
(Dinesh Kumar Singh-I,J.) (Ramesh Sinha,J.) Order Date :- 30.4.2018 Siddhant Sahu
