Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.

By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties nos.2 and 3 to lodge an FIR against opposite parties nos.3 to 6. Admittedly, the petitioner has not approached the court concerned under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. which he may do so, if advised. Petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
