The property of the petitioner has been attached before judgment in I.A. No. 67/2012 in O.S. No. 15/2012 on the file of the Court of the Subordinate Judge of Nedumangadu. The petitioner has subsequently filed I.A. No. 305/2013 setting up a claim and seeking to lift the order of attachment. The petitioner laments that I.A. No. 305/2013 has not been taken up for consideration finally as yet.
2. I direct the Court of the Subordinate Judge of Nedumangadu to pass final orders in I.A. No. 305/2013 in O.S. No. 15/2012 at the earliest. Every endeavour shall be made to pass final orders thereon before 31.07.2014 in the circumstances.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
