1. Heard Sri Nanhe Lal Tripathi, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused- applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No.838 of 2015 under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Talbehat, District- Lalitpur.
3. The applicant is husband of deceased and his wife is said to have died due to hanging and asphyxia due to ante mortem injury. FIR has been lodged by in-laws, mother of deceased and not by application or his family members. Post Mortem Examination report fortifies the FIR version about cause of death. Informant has also supported the FIR version. I am also informed that trial is still going on and had not concluded. Looking into entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is, accordingly, dismissed.
