M.C. No. 175/2013 on the file of the Family Court, Pathanamthitta has been filed by the wife for maintenance. O.P. (G&W) No. 408/2011 on the file of the of the Family Court, Thiruvalla has been filed by the husband for his appointment as guardian. The husband seeks transfer of O.P. (G&W) No. 408/211 from the Family Court, Thiruvalla to the Family Court, Pathanamthitta.
2. The wife is a resident of Pathanamthitta and moreover M.C. No. 175/2013 is pending on the file of the Family Court, Pathanamthitta. It is only proper that O.P. (G&W) No. 408/2011 is also transferred to the Family Court, Pathanamthitta.
3. I therefore order transfer of O.P. (G&W) No. 408/2011 from the Family Court, Thiruvalla to the Family Court, Pathanamthitta. The transferee court shall issue notice to the parties.
The Transfer Petition is disposed of.
