JUDGMENT / ORDER

The contention of the petitioner is that, he had filed an application for regular permit in a route which was objected to for reason of there being an overlap. The petitioner, as directed by the State Transport Appellate Tribunal (STAT), has given a modified route in which the petitioner claims that there is no overlap. Pending consideration of the regular permit application, the petitioner seeks consideration of the temporary permit application. 2. The 2nd additional respondent, if at all is aggrieved for reason of there being an overlap, shall submit the same before the 1st respondent, in which event, the 1st respondent shall consider the application after hearing the WP(C).28523/14 2 objections of the KSRTC and if there is no objection, issue the temporary permit as expeditiously as possible.
Writ petition disposed of.
